How long does my order take?
At Salud Familiar we are committed to giving you the best experience with our courses, books, and counseling services. These are the delivery times for each type of product:
Digital courses and online programs
Access to courses is immediate once your purchase is complete. You will receive an email with your access details and instructions to enter the platform.
If you do not find the email in your inbox, please check your spam or promotions folders.
Counseling sessions (online or via Zoom)
Once your session is scheduled and your payment is confirmed, you will immediately receive the access link and instructions to connect on the day of your appointment.
Books and physical materials
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier:
- United States: approximately 5 to 10 business days.
- International: approximately 10 to 25 business days, depending on the country.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor its arrival.
Special situations
- In case of technical issues or platform delays, we commit to contacting you promptly and helping you resolve them.
- If you do not receive your course access details or counseling link within 24 hours of purchase or confirmation, please contact us.
- If you do not receive your book or physical material within the estimated timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate the shipment with the carrier.
