2. Nature of our services

Salud Familiar provides Christian counseling, marriage coaching, ministerial accompaniment, and educational content (courses, books, and materials) from a Christian faith-based perspective.

All our Christian family counselors hold academic training in psychology but operate exclusively from the scope of Christian counseling, pastoral guidance, and marriage coaching.

Our services do not constitute psychotherapy, medical care, clinical psychological evaluation, or licensed mental health services, and are not subject to HIPAA. They are not a substitute for the care of a physician, psychiatrist, licensed psychologist, or any other licensed healthcare professional.

3. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, images, audio, videos, courses, books, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, and design — is the property of Salud Familiar or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Total or partial reproduction, distribution, translation, modification, or commercial exploitation of any content is prohibited without express written authorization.
