- Communications: messages you send us by email, WhatsApp, social media, or website forms.

- Advertising data: information we receive when you respond to an ad on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) or WhatsApp Business.

Salud Familiar provides Christian counseling, marriage coaching, and educational courses. We do not provide psychotherapy, medical care, or licensed mental health services, and we are not subject to HIPAA. Individuals who schedule sessions sign a Client Agreement / Informed Consent that details the full terms of service.
5. Who we share your information with
With service providers under confidentiality obligations: Shopify (site and payments), GoHighLevel (CRM), Stripe / PayPal (payments), Meta (advertising and WhatsApp Business), Google (analytics and advertising), Zoom (video conferencing), our online course platform, email and SMS providers, professional advisors (attorneys, accountants), and public authorities when required by law. Also in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of the business.
We do not sell your personal information.
6. Cookies and advertising
We use cookies and pixels (Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Shopify Analytics) to recognize your browser, analyze site usage, show you personalized ads, and measure their effectiveness.
